Tuition
 | If tuition is not received by the 10th of the | |
| month, a $15 late fee will be assessed to your account. No exceptions will be made. |
| Regardless of length of month or student | |
| absences, tuition remains the same September through May. |
| There will be a $25 fee assessed for all | |
| returned checks. |

| Females in Preschool through 1st grade must wear the pink SMDA leotard and a pink or | |
| purple skirt, available for purchase at the studio. Females in second grade and higher are required to wear a black leotard and tights (any color). Dance shorts or skirts are optional. For ballet, second grade and higher students must wear black leotards and pink tights. |
| Males are required to wear a tighter fitting shirt and black dance pants. | |
Recital
Observation
Costumes
| Observation will take place the first week of classes in December and May. |
| We ask that all who come to observe please respect our time and remain quiet during | |
| the class. If bringing young children, be sure to keep them occupied so they do not distract class. |
| We welcome questions and comments from parents at the end of class time. | |
| Preschool through 1st Grade - $70.00 |
| 2nd - 3rd - 4th Grade Combo Classes - $145.00 for two costumes |
| 4th Grade and Up Non-Competitive Classes - $85.00 per costume |
| Costume pricing for Competitive Classes will vary according to class. |
| Costume fees will be due on November 17th, 2011. Payments not received by the 17th | |
| will incur a $30 late fee. |
| If you would like to set up a specific payment plan for costuming, please let the directors | |
| know at the studio office. |
| All dancers will perform in our spring recital. This is a chance for our dancers to show off | |
| their talent and accomplishments! |
| Tickets will be available in the spring along with more information about scheduling and | |
| rehearsals. |
Pictures
| We will have an opportunity in the spring for the dancers to have their pictures taken in | |
| their costumes by a professional photographer. Both individual and group pictures will be taken. Although you may choose not to purchase pictures, we would like all dancers present. |
| All dancers must wear required shoes, specific to each class. Shoes are available at the | |
| studio for purchase. |
| Hair must be pulled back and secure for class. Hair for ballet must be secured in a bun. |
| No jewelry is allowed. | |
Vacation Dates
| There will be no dance class on the following dates: |
October 19-23, October 31 (evening), November 23-27, December 22-January 4, March 31-April 9
